In TAKING CARE, we'll support restoration and healing. Each week Ruby will support you in noticing your internal state and share a few practices to support your nervous system. Finding a just-right match between your system’s protective responses and the needs of the moment is the key to real resilience. Let’s practice together!

Our space is informed by Lumos Transforms’ Resilience Toolkit, incorporating movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques in a framework designed to nourish systemic change.
