Ruby believes this work to be crucial in fostering resilience to meet the challenges we face, both individually and globally. For Ruby, this work is an investment in a future with more equitable and just systems that support and affirm wellbeing for all.

Ruby’s goal is to support you on your journey to understand and manage the impacts of overwhelm and trauma, and to build compassion for yourself and others. She came to understand the potential of nervous system regulation through her experience facilitating public meetings and collective art initiatives. She began to notice the ways in which stress inhibits collaboration and community health, and developed a passion for applying the lens of the autonomic nervous system to our public lives as well as our personal experiences.

Ruby finds joy in making art (especially jewelry and blown glass), spending time in her garden and laughing with friends and family. She also follows the lead of her beloved cats, Blueberry and Raspberry, by finding time for naps whenever possible.
