Social Emotional Change works with Pennsylvania’s Victims Compensation Assistance Program to increase access to therapy and the Safe & Sound Protocol for survivors of sexual abuse/assault. If you are seeking services due to sexual abuse/assult that happened in Pennsylvania, you may be eligible for funding to cover the costs of your services here, even without a police report, regardless of when it happened. If you are a victim of another crime that occurred in Pennsylvania within the last five years and have a police report, you may also be eligible.
